In this section you will find all the necessary information relevant to the rules of use, schedules, reservation cancellation policy, etc

The CLIENT receives the property in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, as well as of the terrace with its furniture, in a correct way. If the CLIENT observes any damage or anomaly, he/she must report it at the time of observation at the time of delivery of the keys.

The CLIENT must leave and return the cottage in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and belongings in the same state as they were at the entrance. It is expressly requested to keep the furniture and belongings in their original places.
At the end of their stay, the OWNERS will check the property and its contents, as well as its cleanliness and tidiness, in the presence of the guests.

THE OWNERS reserve the right to request a deposit.


The deposit serves to guarantee the repair of possible damages, and nothing will be charged if at the end of your stay at the time of returning the keys the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

1º Clients are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence, preventing the entry of outside personnel.


2º The lodging will be exclusively occupied by registered persons. It is completely forbidden to accommodate people who are not registered. The house and its facilities are for the exclusive use of the people who are staying, in the case of having invitations and provided they do not spend the night, the OWNERS must be informed.

The OWNERS will request the ID cards or PASSPORT to the accommodated CLIENTS older than 14 years old, in compliance with the existing regulations.

3º The terrace will be kept perfectly clean, without throwing cigarette butts, papers, etc., and the plants that are in it will be respected.

1º The heating system heats the entire house through radiators and is included in the price of the room. It must be used responsibly and appropriately, keeping the thermostat at an appropriate temperature.


2º The heating system, the various appliances and multimedia equipment provide comfort and convenience to the guests of the house. Enjoy them and make a rational use of them, they are resources with an important economic and ecological cost, and their control will allow us to maintain attractive prices.


3º The lights should be kept off in those rooms of the house that are not used, in order to promote energy saving. In special attention those of the terrace that are the ones that are usually left on.

If the cancellation or change of dates of the reservation is made 20 or more days before the date of entry, we will proceed in all cases to refund 100% of the amount paid except bank charges (if any) associated with the management of the return of the reservation.

 

It is at the discretion of the owner the refund of the amount of the reservation, for cases in which the CLIENT refers to force majeure and the notice occurs less than 20 days in advance.

The CLIENT undertakes to act with the utmost civility, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order of the property. Ignorance does not exempt the CLIENT from responsibility.


The CLIENT and all the persons lodged in the rural house are subject to the respect of the rules of coexistence that govern in the municipal term.


In addition, other rules of use and coexistence are established:

 

1 NO SMOKING is allowed in any room of the house.


2 Respect, at all times, for the calm and rest, as well as coexistence with neighbors and the environment. For this reason, noise after 12 midnight is forbidden (except for a typical conversation on the terrace or inside the house, but no loudspeakers or loud music after that time). Noise levels during the day must also be appropriate for the environment.

The use of karaokes and amplifiers is not permitted. In case of non-compliance, the owners reserve the right to vacate the house and report it to the Civil Guard.


3º The CLIENT must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, water, firewood, as well as the security of the building. In this regard, the CUSTOMER should try to keep the entrance door and windows closed, especially when leaving, as they would do in their own home.

 

4º It is forbidden to leave garbage in the house, terrace or in the street next to the entrance door. The CLIENT undertakes to throw his garbage bags in one of the containers for its deposit that exist in the municipality.


5º The CLIENT shall respect the furniture and installations of the property, and shall not move the furniture, appliances or equipment from their original place. If any breakdown or breakage occurs, it will be communicated to the owners of the house in the shortest possible time. We like that all our guests, as well as you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness.


6º Due to the location of the property (in an urban area and close to a forest area) it is strictly forbidden to use any kind of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.).


7º In case of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, ALBOROTO, FOUND COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS or IMPRUDENT USE of the property and its belongings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the property immediately.


8º The OWNERS reserve the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not comply with the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of reimbursement.


9º The OWNERS are not responsible for the personal objects deposited in the property by the CLIENTS, as well as for the objects they may have forgotten.

 

10º If the CLIENT should have to leave the house, for any reason, before the date previously contracted, they will not be entitled to a total or partial refund of the amount paid.


11º The CLIENT lodged with a pet, will be responsible, at all times, for the acts and damages of the animal.

 

In addition, they will prevent the animal from climbing on the armchairs and beds and the animal will never be left alone in the rural house.

1º The time of entry into the house is from 17:00 hours of the agreed day.


2º Departure time, as a courtesy of the house, is at 2 p.m. of the agreed day at the latest. In case of entry of other clients on the same day, the departure time will be at 12 noon at the latest. Situation communicated by the OWNERS.
